Otho's Primary Talk, April 22 2012

I'm so proud of Otho who wrote this talk 100% by himself. I loved watching him open his scriptures to find the references and write from his heart. It's not easy for Otho to write, and it took him a good hour or more to get the first draft. He's growing up so quickly and soon he'll be a young man with the Priesthood. I know Otho has a strong understanding of the gospel and a strong testimony of Jesus Christ. He is always trying to do what's right and walk the path that he should.

JESUS TAUGHT ME THE RIGHT WAY TO LIVE

One time at night the disciples were on a boat. The waves were banging the boat very hard. In a while Jesus was walking on water. The disciples thought it was a spirit and they were very afraid. Then Jesus spoke to them saying be not afraid. Then the disciples found out it was Jesus. Then peter asked if he could go walk on the water. Jesus said yes. Then Peter went off the ship and did walk. Then the waves got higher and bigger then peter started to be afraid

so he started to sink. Jesus picked peter up. Peter went on the boat.

This teaches me not to be afraid. Satan wants us to be afraid. This is one thing Jesus taut us. In the name of Jesus Christ amen.
